Recycle Mani Monday: Floral

Hey Y'all!
Recycle Mani Monday!
Today I changed my cotton mani into a floral mani.

Here's How:

I started with my previous cotton bud mani:

I used a dottin tool and a burgundy polish to cover up all the cotton buds and create the base of my flowers. The polish I used was Avon "Very Berry."

Then I went in with a striper brush and lighter pink polish and filled in the middle of the flowers. I used Avon "Parfait Pink."

I went back in with the striper brush and a little more of the berry color on top of the light pink just to add a bit more definition.

Then I quickly went in with a green striper brush (Salon Perfect "Green Stem,") to add a little greenery as leaves.

Here's a closer look at the final design.

Use your favorite top coat to seal it all in. I use Salon Perfect.

And that's It!

I hope y'all enjoyed this one! I liked this manicure both ways!

Recycle Mani Monday: Chevron Tips

Hey Y'all!
Sorry this post is late!
It's Recycle Mani Monday again!
Today I did some more chevron tips.

Here's How:

Regular tape is gonna be the tool for this one.

I take the corner of the piece of tape and line it up on my nail with my previous 'v' shape design.

Make sure to push the tape down so no polish will get under it.

Then I painted the remainder of my nail with a nude polish. I used Zoya "Charlott."

Immediately remove the tape before the polish dries.

Use a small brush with acetone to cleanup any excess polish on your skin.

Finish it off with your favorite top coat. I use Salon Perfect.

And that's it!

These weren't my favorite nails ever but they were ok Gol.

Recycle Mani Monday: Patriotic French Tip

Hey Y'all!
It's Recycle Mani Monday and of course we're keepin it patriotic.
I just added a quick blue french tip to my previous firework mani.

Here's How:
I started with my previous firework mani.

Then I used Color Club "Over The Moon," holographic blue to create a v shape french tip. I just used the polish brush and lined up the inside of the brush to my nail and drug it down on one side to get the first half of the "v."

Then repeated it on the other side to complete the "v."

Next I wanted to outline it a little. I used Salon Perfect nail art liner in "Blue Skies."
I created one straight line connectin from one of the sides of the v french all the way to the tip of the nail.

Then on the other side I just connected the 2 sides of the "v," I didn't go all the way down the tip like the first one.

Finish it off with your favorite top coat, I use Salon Perfect.

And that's it!

Hope y 'all enjoyed this week's Recycle Mani Monday!
If you'd like to participate next week post your recycle mani's to the tag #RecycleManiMonday and every Tuesday I feature my favorites!

Recycle Mani Monday: Patriotic

Hey Y'all!
Recycle Mani Monday again! I always feel like these come so quickly each week!
Of course 4th of July is comin up here in the US and so it had to be a patriotic mani for me today!
So for this week I added the white stars to my previous bag marble.

Here's How:
I started with my previous bag marble.

I'm usin this stampin plate that I got from etsy and usin the star pattern image.

I start by puttin white polish onto the image. I used Salon Perfect "Sugar Cube."

Then I scrape the polish towards me with my creative shop scraper.

And pick up the image in a rollin motion with my creative shop stamper.

Then I line my nail up with the image and press my nail into the stamper.

There's the image on the nail.

Clean your stamper with a piece of tape.

Use your favorite top coat to finish things off. I use Salon Perfect.

And that's it!

I LOVE these soooooo much! The stars just completed this whole look for me! I loved the bag marble but the stars just made it! It gave it another level of depth!
