Filigree Stampin

Hey Y'all!

Today I have some Filigree Stampin for ya!

I just wanted some fun and simple for today and I haven't used blue in awhile so I went with a nude and blue design!

I really love the contrast of the nude with the blue! Plus this blue is sooooooo amazin! It is totally one of my all time favorite blue polishes. It's Sephora Formula X "Omni." 

Here's how:

Start with a nude base, I used Zoya "Charlott."

Then I used plate BP-L007 from Born Pretty Store to stamp with. I placed a blue polish at the top of the image. The blue is Sephora Formula X "Omni."

Next I used my creative shop scraper to pull the polish off the image. I find scrapin towards me is easier. I use a little paper under my plate to protect my background from polish.

Then pick up the image with your stamper. I used my creative shop stamper.

Line up your finger and roll it onto the nail.

to cleanup your stamper use a piece of tape to pick up the excess paint. Do not use acetone it will ruin your stamper.

Then cleanup any excess paint on your finger with a small brush and acetone.

Use your favorite top coat to seal it all in. I use Salon Perfect.

And that's it!

Saran Wrap Marble

Hey Y'all!

I have a saran wrap marble design for ya today!

I have been seein a lot more saran manis around lately and reminded me I haven't done one in quite awhile. They're so easy and quick and each nail comes out unique! I just wanted this one to be sort of like a marble floor. 

Here's How:

I started with a white base of Salon Perfect "Sugar Cube."

Next take a small piece of saran wrap and crunch it up. Then paint on some gold polish, I used Confetti "Debutante."

Then sponge it onto the nail like you would with a sponge gradient.

Repeat this process with silver. Crunch up the saran and paint it on. I used Sephora Formula X "Need For Speed."

Then Sponge it on.

Finish up with Black. I used Salon Perfect "Oil Slick." Paint it on...

and sponge it.

Then clean up quickly with a qtip and acetone.

To finish it all off I topped it with Sinful Colors "Outta Space."

I did 2 coats to give it kind of a jelly sandwich look.

Then use your favorite top coat to seal it all in. I use Salon Perfect.

Pinky Watermarble

Hey Y'all!

Today I have a Pinky Watermarble!

I tested so many designs last night and finally came up with this one! 

Here's How:

I started with a base of Sephora Formula X "Brazen" light pink and taped my finger for easier cleanup. 

Then I built my bulls eye in the water usin the same pink and Sephora Formula X "Eureka" hot pink and Pure Ice "All Vamped Out," Maroon. 

My water is nothin special, just plain warm tap water that I let sit out while I got the rest of what I needed ready. 

Next usin my needle I drew from the middle to the outside on the top and bottom and side to side. 

Then in between each line I drew out again to get this look. 

Now on each section draw in towards the middle to get a point like this. 

Continue until your whole cup looks like a flower!

Pick the spot you want on your nail. I chose the point to go with the point of my nail and dunk your nail into the water.

Then with a qtip cleanup the surface completely before

Pullin your finger out of the water. 

Remove the tape and use a brush and acetone to cleanup around the cuticle. 

My accent nail is China Glaze "Shell We Dance." A textured polish.

Then use your favorite top coat to seal it all in. I use Salon Perfect.

Geode Blobbicure

Hey Y'all!

Today I have a geode blobbicure for ya!

I saw one of these in a shop last week when I was searchin for my oils to make my own perfume, and I got super inspired to do a nail design for it! I've seen them before but just seein it again and the combination of lack of inspiration just made me consider the design. 

Here's How:

Start with a light purple base color. I used Sinful Colors "Mauve."

Next add a second thicker coat and while it's still wet...

add blobs of your next color. I used Wet N Wild "Who Is Ultra Violet?"

Immediately after that color add your third color on top of it. I used Zoya "Payton."

And lastly a few more drops of the ultra violet on top. 

They all blob together because the polish is wet. I just love this design as you get a different outcome with each nail and color.

When that's dry add 1 coat of China Glaze "Fairy Dust" to add more sparkle for the geode.

Then with a striper brush and some grey polish I outlined the nail to give the outer ring of the rock that you would see on a geode. I used Sinful Colors "My Turn."

To finish it off I used Salon Perfect "Sugar Cube" to add some white dots around the grey for more dimension. 

Use your favorite top coat to seal it all in. I use Salon Perfect.

I hope y'all enjoyed this! I love the way this turned out! In the video and in person it's just so stunnin! I always say I'm not a purple person but sometimes the right design can just wow me!
